Punch Brothers: The Blind Leaving the Blind (excerpt from First Movement)
After the first medley, Chris asked if we'd like them to perform another one.  Before Jason or I could stammer out a yes, he said "Because we'd like to."  The mood of the entire afternoon was fun.  These guys truly enjoy playing music, and you can tell.  As we were taking down the sound equipment after the 2nd song, Chris asked the guys if they wanted to play "Pakt Like Sardines in a Crushed Tin Box" for the crowd we'd assembled.  Unfortunately we weren't able to get the best sound from this recording, as they needed to setup their own mics for the show that night; we did get it on video, though, so even if it doesn't show up on AthensSoundies, look for it.  It'll show up somewhere.
