We'd been keeping up with these guys for quite a while and tried to catch up with them about six months before their last show in Atlanta. Time didn't allow for it, so this go round we made sure to stay in contact well ahead of their show in Athens, and it paid off. They only had an hour before sound check so the locations we'd considered that were a short drive away were quickly crossed off the list and soon after the band began venturing down the nearby alley, they'd found a hole in the wall (literally) where they wanted to play their first song.
